Because our products are digital and immediately accessible, refunds are limited and handled according to the guidelines below.
By purchasing from Catalyst Transitions, you agree to this refund policy.
2. Digital Downloads (PDFs, Workbooks, Guides)
Due to the instant delivery of digital files, all PDF and downloadable product sales are final.
We do not offer refunds on:
PDFs
workbooks
digital guides
downloadable resources
Please review product descriptions carefully before purchasing.
If you experience a technical issue receiving your file, contact us and we will ensure delivery.
3. Courses and Digital Programs
Because course materials are delivered immediately, refunds are generally not offered.
However, we may offer a limited refund window only if stated on the specific sales page.
If a refund window is offered:
Requests must be submitted within the stated timeframe
Access to materials will be removed upon refund
Partial refunds are not guaranteed
If no refund window is listed, the purchase is considered final.
4. Membership Subscriptions
Memberships are billed on a recurring basis.

Cancellation will stop future billing.

5. Coaching Services
Coaching sessions and programs require reserved time and preparation.

All coaching purchases are non-refundable once scheduled
Rescheduling may be allowed with at least 24 hours notice
Missed sessions without notice are forfeited
Where a multi-session package is offered:
Refund terms will be stated on the sales page
Unused sessions are typically non-refundable
6. Payment Plans
If a payment plan is offered:
You agree to complete all scheduled payments.
Stopping payment does not cancel your obligation.
Access to materials may be removed if payments are not completed.
7. Exceptional Circumstances
We understand that genuine issues can arise.
If you believe a refund should be considered due to an unusual circumstance, contact us.
Requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis but are not guaranteed.
8. Technical Issues
If you do not receive access to a product you purchased, contact us.
We will ensure you receive what you paid for.
Technical access issues do not automatically qualify for refunds if access can be restored.
9. Chargebacks
Initiating a chargeback without contacting us first may result in:
